The Making of Elliadore Perfumes: Part II

Today we are going to continue our journey of making Elliadore perfumes. As everyone knows, Part 1 is all about labs and chemical processes that take place during fragrance making. Now as for Part II, we are going to show you how the production process happens. There are several steps in producing the Elliadore fragrances as we do everything carefully; from dispensing the products into glass bottles to putting them in our exclusive boxes.

The first step is to dispense the product into their own exclusive glass bottle. This is done using the dispenser machine that will distribute the fragrance evenly. Currently, we make 30ml fragrance where thousands are produced to meet our increasing demand.

To make sure no leaking problems occur to our perfumes, we use the capping process using a high pressure. The use of high pressure in this process greatly helps reduce the risk of leakage. Since Elliadore is all about producing high quality products, we double check the capping by doing it manually too. Such a dedication from the production team, right?

When it comes to making perfumes, we desire to offer products that are different than the rest out there. We want to make sure that our fragrance is not just simply a bottle of scents, but a bottle of love and passion as well. So, we go extra lengths on the labelling and packaging. Each perfume (men) comes in with a gold cap to give it a more exclusive look.

Finally, we have come to the last step of Elliadore production process. Perfumes will be carefully placed in a customized hard box where each perfume comes in their own design. The box for every perfume is designed differently according to its scent, story and characteristics. We will definitely tell you their stories in the next posts.
